The service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations, especially the manager who went above and beyond. The location was ideal, being very close to the promenade and beach. The dining experience was inclusive and featured a delicious pancake platter. However, the lack of bathroom facilities in the room was a drawback.

The rooms were comfortable and equipped with ironing facilities; however, a twin bedroom option would have been ideal.
